If you have struggled over the years to stay consistent with your food and long-term weight loss….I have something for you to consider…

What if we accepted that “trying to moderate” for even one more day was like signing our long term weight loss death warrant?

Just moderate say the Moms, the friends, the old school nutritionists, and the media.

We simply cannot seem to quit eating our kids food or saying yes to 2500 calorie dinners to avoid being rude.

We chase that carrot…chase that carrot…chase that carrot.

Then, one day we wake up after trying the 73 ways we know to “lose weight,” desperately seeking the myth of moderation and the ideal human diet to notice its been 10, 15, 20 or maybe 30 years.

HERE IS A THOUGHT….

For us, moderation is death.

Oh…we wish could do it.
